At Illustrious Software we produce games which are easily accessible and fun to play. Our focus is on creating high quality games which people will actually want to play, rather then focusing solely on how good they look. We realise that most people want games which they can pick up quickly, so we make games which are fast and easy to learn, but have enough depth to keep the interest of more serious players.
Illustrious Software is also the new home of the "Master of Magic Clone" project - a freeware remake of the classic DOS game "Master of Magic". The clone project aims to re-create the original game, allowing people to enjoy it under modern operating systems (Windows XP and Windows Vista) and also adding true multiplayer to the game.
